Pest Control Surf Coast

For homeowners, the main pest control problems are spiders and other crawling pests. Having a general pest control treatment once a year will provide protection from all the main crawling and comes with a 6-month warranty. We also offer a range of specialist pest control treatments if you have a specific pest problem or a major infestation.

Termite Services

Most homeowners don’t realise that the risk of a termite attack on their home is more than the chances of fire, storm and other natural disaster combined. It is therefore vital that all homeowners have a termite management plan to protect their property. A termite management plan will consist of annual termite inspections and probably the installation of a termite management system (a termite treatment).

Termite Inspections Surf Coast

Termite inspections will not only find signs of termite activity but will identify potential issues that may increase the risk of a termite attack, such as building faults and water leaks. It’s like a “health check” for your home. If you have a termite protection system in place annual termite inspections are required to maintain any warranty.

Termite Treatments Surf Coast

Although new homes should have termite protection in place, for older homes where such systems may have been compromised or absent altogether, a termite treatment is required to provide long termite protection from termites.

From our experience, we find that treating the soil around the building, effectively creating a termite barrier, provides the highest level of termite protection. We use Termidor, the leading product on the market, which comes with a $2 million timber assurance warranty.

We used two other companies for the same issue before we used Geelong Pest Control and they were useless in comparison and didn't resolve the issue we were having.
